Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off Shipment
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
